a portrait of my child, once a week, every week in 2014
Where he would turn around and look at the wall, then WHIP his head around to look at me. laaaaaaaaugh. Back to the wall, back at me. laaaaaaaugh. Hilarious.
This baby could spend hours in the tub if I let him. Stacking foam letters into leaning towers on the side of the tub and WHACKING them back into the water. Filling a cup of water and pouring it slowly back into the tub. Sliding on the floor of the tub on his belly, pushing off the top of the tub with this hands then kicking off the end of the tub with his feet. Back and forth and back and forth. Sitting up and singing songs to himself in his own language. Watching his fingers and toes prune up and feeling the water get cold and seeing the bubbles pop slowly until there cease to be any bubbles left at all.
And eventually, without fail, he takes a cup full of water and dumps it over the side of the tub onto the ground.
And yup, that's the cue that bath time is over for the day.
