Okay, so if you're friends with me on facebook you know I was asking for people's advice/thoughts on juicers and making my own juice. I watched the Documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and, though I probably won't be doing a full juice fast any time soon, I wanted to add some natural juices to my diet. Thankfully I have friends who are nice enough to let me borrow their juicer so I can test it out. I didn't want to make a big investment without getting to try it first! But I'm in love. It's just me and my juicer, taking on the world (haha!). My favorite juice that I've tried so far is carrot apple juice. I have been drinking this juice in the morning to kick start my metabolism. I'm amazed at the nutrients that I can get from one juice. This one includes 6 large carrots and a granny smith apple. There is no way I would be able to eat that before work every morning and there are no sugars or additives.
I'm a believer!
